Hydraulic hoses are intended for use as flexible connecting pipelines in hydraulic systems of construction, road, agricultural, forestry, communal and other mobile and stationary machines for supplying high-pressure working fluids.
Hydraulic hoses are a more appropriate solution than obsolete rigid metal tubes.
Hydraulic hoses 1SN, 2SN are a complex consisting of a rubber sleeve with a metal braid and fittings with a metric, tapered or pipe thread. The Hydraulic hoses 1SN, 2SN supplied by our company ensures high tightness during transportation of various working fluids without the use of any auxiliary seals. The quality and service life of the sleeves is largely due to their quality performance, competent design of the fitting and the correct installation. At present, the Hydraulic hoses 2SN (1SN) is actively being introduced into equipment and machinery where hydraulic, pneumatic and oil drives are available, including:
- in gas and water supply systems;
- in tractors, excavators, loading equipment, rollers, pavers;
- in means for transporting various oils, liquid fuels, water-oil emulsions;
- in mountain, forest, road-building and municipal special equipment;
- in the equipment of the metallurgical, oil and gas, machine-building industry.
Hydraulic hoses are equally necessary both in domestic equipment (MTZ, DT, K-700 tractors, Don and Niva combines, excavators, etc.), and in the most modern machines of world manufacturers (Komatsu, Hitachi, CATERPILLAR, JOHN DEERE, JCB and etc.)
