Targeted training of personnel in the methods of "Lean Production"

Every year, "Elad" LLC organizes an all-in-house internal training of the personnel in the methods of "Lean Production". In August 2017, 50 people were trained on the "Fundamentals of Lean Production: Eight Types of Losses at the Enterprise".
